Fitness and sport has always played a big part in Vicki's life, from a young age she was representing the island in Athletics and was an all rounder on the sports field. She continued to follow her love of fitness and after five years in the finance industry embarked on a career as a personal Trainer.
Vicki Bailey is a level 3 Advanced Trainer who has been working within the industry for the past 5 years and previously worked for La Grande Mare Health Club for three years. She has returned to the health club after spending a year in Brighton working with top personal training and group exercise business Jasperfield Fitness. She also spent time working as a Sports and Recreation Instructor for the charity Blind Veterans UK, working with ex servicemen and women who had lost their sight in conflict or through degenerative diseases.
Vicki is bringing back a vast amount of knowledge learnt through her mentoring at Jasperfield Fitness and is excited to use all that she has learnt to help you reach goals you could previously only dream of. Vicki believes far too many people embark on exercise programmes with little or no understanding of how or why it should work and her aim is to build a programme for you that not only guarantees results but gives you a clear understanding of why you are doing it.
