The “Cardio Zone” Gym
Features the latest high tech equipment with live digital screens so you never miss a show!
The “Performance Zone”
A new studio that includes weights and the extra space to have a whole body workout. The facility is available to members offering early morning classes, personal training and group personal training.
The “Aquatics Zone”
Boasts an indoor pool with Finnish sauna, steam room and spa bath.
The spacious changing rooms are alongside the Health Club and feature showers, toilets and lockers. A range of complementary soaps and creams are also provided.
